It seems to be the week for that.

So on Monday I'm moving into my new apartment! And on Wednesday I start grad school! It's all very exciting! And I like exclamation points!

Heh. I'll be setting up my computer first thing, and supposedly my cable/internet will already be hooked up, but these things are never sure because, well, it's Comcast. My availability may be spotty/minimal for a few days. We'll see. This also goes for screwyoumarvel and notafairy. multiplez is kind of another story...

Which is probably the biggest insult you can ever give to something, I think.

I have way more hate for Alabama Power than Comcast right now, actually. On Thursday our power was out for about six hours (the high was forty degrees!) and I got a phone call telling me there was a problem with my account and I needed to come in with my lease and an ID before they'd give me power at the new place.

Comcast was like, "Here's your modem, here's how to set it up, and your cable should be connected when you move in. Have a nice day!" Whether the cable will actually work when I move in is another story entirely, of course, but. I am hopeful!
